I think your insurance company will pick it up for you if you junk through them.

Then I guess I misunderstood your question, because you asked who can tow it for you...but now you're saying your're doing it yourself. 

I am junking it myself... But it doesn't run.. I need someone to tow it to the junking garage. I don't want to pay anyone to do the junking process that I can do myself. 

Maybe you can just rent a (moving) truck or trailer from Kadena and tow it down there yourself?

I am not sure I am guessing. I know there are trucks you can rent when you move, and I would assume they would have something big enough to tow a car.
