and your spouse when yall got married and how many years are you going on? And how long did you date before marrying? We dated for a year and a half. I was 19 when we married and he was 20. And we are going on 2 years of being married in July. 

I was 26 and he was 22 when we got married and we dated only 6 months! We are going on 9 years this year! We were the couple that everyone said it would not last because we had known each other for such little time! LOL

Not married yet.. He was 20 and I was 19 when we met.. He is now 21, I will be 20 in April.. We have known each other for 8 months and we have been engaged for a month so far :) 

Awwww Jamie yall are so darn cute too:) jeeeez, 9 years!!! That seems so far away.. Well I guess maybe not cause this 2nd year is sneaking up pretty fast. 

We were both 18. We dated a little over a year before we married. We have been married for over 10 years now. 

I was 16 and he was 19 when we met, we got married when I was 17 and he was 21. So we've been married for 2 and 1/2 years now, and I expect it'll be 3 by the time the divorce is final. YaY. lol

but he says you never know Hey, you're not TOO far from Vegas;) I have always heard 2 things about marriage: 1. It's easy to marry and hard to divorce 2. The first year is the hardest.. If I had to go through that first year again, we both agree that we wouldn't. Nothing personal towards each other but we couldn't do that again we don't think. We go to counseling WEEKLY now and are doing well but it was hard!!!

Hey, you're not TOO far from Vegas;) Well, going home with him for Thanksgiving to meet his family.. he's already met my parents and brother and sister- since they live here too... So, he COULD surprise me with it then- but I'm not holding my breath.. lol. I know he will marry me one day, and that's all I need to know. :) We opened a CD together to start saving money... I am the primary on it *yes* lol ;)

I was 21. He was 22. We will have been married for 9 years come April :-) We only dated for around 6 months. After that he was gone to bootcamp. Came home from bootcamp proposed. We got married and he had to leave for tech school 3 days after getting married. we have had a very strong relationship so far :-) 

I was 20, about to turn 21. He had just turned 24. It'll be 5 years in July. *edit* oh and we dated for 6 months before we got married. He told me he loved me after about 3 weeks and moved me in after about a month and a half.

we were both 19 when we got married. met our senior year, dated for about... a year and some change. he can give you exact dates. :) we'll be married 4 years this may. the first year was really tough. we worked through everything on our own, and it was the hardest thing either of us has gone through... but i don't think we'd be nearly as happy together now if we hadn't gone through all of it. 

I was 21 and my husband was 22. We had dated for a little over a year when he went to boot camp and then tech school. We moved to his first base in AZ and he said, let's elope! So, off we went to Vegas (really made our moms mad that we didn't have a big wedding). We have been married a few months shy of 7 years. My son was born 11 months after we got married... so much for being newlyweds! 

I was 17 and my wife was 15. We have been married 23 years. 

I was 25 and he was 23 when we married. Dated for two years prior and will celebrate our 10th anniversary in a few moths.

We got married when I was 18 and he was 19. We had known each other for a little over a year but had only been dating for 8 months (and only saw each other 6 times in those 8 months). Our 4 year wedding anniversary is in June. 

If yall had to go through your first year again, would you? What was the hardest about it? We both say we wouldn't go through it again.. The hardest thing was us just adjusting to being over here.. He wasn't thinking of anyone besides himself and I was depressed. 

I think our first was the easiest. We were still in the lovey dovey newlywed stage and were getting to know each other. Plus he deployed and that brought us closer together. We came here after our first year and they have gotten progressively harder :( I'm hoping it gets better once we PCS but who knows. 

Met when I was 19, he was 22, got engaged 5.5 months later after basic training and tech school because he was coming here and he decided he didn't want to live without me (which he did anyway, took over a year for me to get here). Engaged 10 months, now married for 8. 

My husband and I started Dating when he was 20 and I was 22. We dated for 1 week, actually by day 3 we had already said the I love you words and truely meant it. Started dating 1 week before Thanksgiving and then he had to leave on a trip for 3 weeks. When he came back he asked me to marry him and we were married the next month on Valentine's Day. This year, this week we will have been married 11 years and I love him more then that first day I said I love you. 

We were both just shy of turning 21.
