Yes, these are the amusing words I just heard leave the lips of a fellow spouse of a guy who works with my husband. **sigh** Just thought I would share my amusement with you fellow OUers:) Feel free to chuckle as hard as I did!!!

Unfortunately, LLIO, this was a "frantic" phone call made to me from her so I was not able to physically punch her.. In fact, I couldn't say much to be honest because I was so shocked.. But I did manage a "well neither has my husband and you don't see me threatening to call NCOs... Maybe he is **gasp** WORKING"!!! Lol 

She worried about her husband...or is this a trust issue??? Sounds like more HER problem to me... 

Her husband hasn't done anything (that I know of) unfaithful. They have a child too. It's his first time being gone in their whole relationship (not a very long one) because the NCOs didn't trust him to go anywhere off island until he got promoted to SPC. She is adjusting to this new life, so she says.. 

Was he in the Army when she met him? If so then I will give her the same advice I gave the wife that called me for one of my sailors. (same situation) STFU. 

oh, and if he wasnt same advice applies, just add a "He is mine now" to it. 

Yeah he was already army. He got bumped up to SPC then got a DUI so they took him back down to PVT. She knew what she was getting herself into, so to speak. I knew there was times i'd be alone.. Yeah, I have my days where I miss him but the cards were dealt long ago and I chose to play the hand. STFU definitely what I wanted to say... I should try and take notes from OTR when handling sh!t like this:)

Wow. If I ever called my husbands command about something like that, he would divorce my @ss. She should have more respect for him than that. She aint his mama. lol. 

She worried about her husband... No news is good news. If you aren't getting a phone call or having people knock on your door in pairs, you should be happy. There will always be times when they just can't call.

Hawaii is so dangerous these days... I would be worried too He could have died from too much fun. It happens. 

She is worried that he is out doing stuff he shouldn't..Jeeez, he is in WLC. He is either stuck in a classroom with power points all day or he is out in the woods, doing land nav in the rain with no toilet paper to wipe his arse when he needs to sh!t. She just doesnt trust him, which I dont understand because he is a really nice guy who adores her. And if they were having fun, thats a good thing. My husband got a day off last weekend and went and saw Pearl Harbor and to the mall and lunch. I hope he is enjoying the time he is there cause it's free! lol

my husband would just be a copy cat if he got a DUI at this point.. 3 damn alcohol related incidents since he went to ALS. wtf mate. see what happens? he leaves and it all goes to sh!t. ;) anyone heard about the guy who was arrested two saturdays ago for trying to steal signs on gate 2? he's still hanging out in japanese jail. that's our boy! woo hoo!
