Take pictures.
Well, I plan on doing that.
But we have friends flying in from CA tomorrow and then we are spending the last few days in Tokyo with them. So I want to make sure they see everything that they should see. I doubt they will ever comoe back to Japan again.
Disney
No thanks. We have Disney in our back yard back home, so I bet that is the LAST place they would want to go. Plus there will be no children with us. So things for Adults to do.

I love disney, more so now that i get to ride the roller coaster. I may just barely hit the height cut off but i ride them.
I have a friend whom was just there.. i'll ask her some awesome things to go and do.
Surely they have some bridges to jump off of.
=D
In my opinion, make sure to buy two plane tickets for yourself. So you'll be comfortable.
Whatever happened to that whole charging the bigger people 2 seats thing?
get on the train and ride it..
the first thing i heard in my head is
"come on ride the train.. and ride it.. come on ride that train.. and ride it..."
ME, TOO.
You are spending only three days in Tokyo? There is too much to see and do without wasting an entire day at Disney.
from Love living in Oki --- Kabuki theatre (can't remember the actual name), Roppongi, Tokyo Tower. Buy the all day ticket for the subway. It's really easy to navigate.
The famous Kabuki-za in Ginza closed in April for demolition and rebuilding. The theatre moved to another temporary location. THere are several other Kabuki style theatres in Tokyo.
Tokyo Tower is a good place but very touristy. You can also get much better and FREE views from the TMG building in Shinjiku. Tokyo Tower main observatory is about 150 meters high, TMG is 202 meters.
If you go to Asakusa District (to see the great shops and the Senso-ji Temple, you can see the Tokyo Sky Tree under construction in Sumida Ward. It is very popular now to go see that area (Oshiage) and watch the tower being built. It will be the tallest TOWER (not building) in the world when completed.
LoveLivin is correct, buy the all day subway pass. Depending on how many times you ride the subway it may save you money, but it is just so much easier using the subway/metro than stopping each time to figure out the very confusing subway chart for your fares.
THere are several different types of passes depending on which trains you want to use. Most are sold at vending machines, but if you go to a major station and go to information counter, they will help you.
The Tsukiji Fish Market (the big famous one) now has limits to visitors to see the tuna auctions. 140 passes daily, you have to go very early morning (like 4:30) to try and get a pass. But you can see alot of interesting stuff and sea creatures just wandering around the rest of the market, even until mid morning (9am).
Tokyo Times Square? are you talking about Shibuya or Takashimaya?
Why are you not staying at the New Sanno Hotel?
