why would you not be able to watch hulu? 

some people cannot watch hulu from here, because of the foreign IP address. 

There's easy enough ways around that. 

when i used an IP blocker before it was fixed, it would pop up saying "we are detecting that you may be using IP blocking software, please turn it off and reload the page"

so after that i turned it off, and clicked on the link to "report if you think this is an error" after it told me i wasn't in the U.S. again.

emailed them.. and it was fine the next day. 

Hulu hates me.

on the page where it will say something about can't be viewed outside the USA, there is a link to click, something about "if you think this is an error.. click here."

click that, just say, "hey.. i live on a military base, my IP pops up as Japan, can you maybe fix that for me...?"

make sure you are signed in to your account, or that you've made one first. i've noticed that if i'm in a different place with my laptop, it will give me the error message again, but if i sign in to my account and then try reloading, it works fine.
