the yellow DVD stores are for sure "off limits" to military, though i've seen no mention of the pink annex, despite being part of the chain, so i've been in the pink one. i hear conflicting stories about whether that one is off limits, but i do see americans in there from time to time when i drive by. 

Tokyo Annex is now something else and they moved all the 'lady stuff' to the yellow building.
