Oh, not just any lady, but Lady GaGa will be on JTV twice today (July 11, 2011).

At 1:20pm she will appear on the Tetsuko’s Room interview show.
This will be on TV ASAHI, local station QAB TV (offbase 28 analog or 5 digital; onbase Mediatti that station was 23, not sure what it is on the new channel lineup.)

Lady GaGa will also be the special guest for the weekly SMAPxSMAP show, starting at 10:15pm this evening. She appears on the BISTRO portion of the show and then will be singing a medley of her songs with the SMAP group.
Local channel OTV (offbase 10 analog or 3 digital; onbase mediatti was channel 24). 

If you are flipping thru channels, you can locate the QAB channel by looking for a cooking show that runs from 1:05 to 1:20 weekdays. The host woman has what appears to be a wig and some very pasty makeup.
When the cooking show is over there is a very brief introduction to the Tetsuko show, then some commercials, then the interview runs about 30 minutes with several CM breaks in it.
