Im kind of blue to celebrate my 28 year old bday and dont know what to do to celebrate it. Im excited cause many great things happened ( like my new baby being born )but my husband works, and mostly gonna be home on my own with my lil one. Any suggestions on what to do ? bummer... :( 

Maybe you could book yourself an appointment at Cocok for a pedicure, or get a massage if you could find a babysitter. Pampering yourself is always a nice way to spend some time alone. :)

Pampered yourself during the day, your baby is still young so you can take him with you. When hubby comes home make him cook dinner or go out. And then you celebrate it again with some friends during the weekend. ;o)

Honestly, I get last minute appointments at one of the two Cocok branches all the time during the week. They're usually booked on weekends.

Both locations that I know of are near Kadena. One is on 23 near the new Starbucks, and the other is by the Sunabe Seawall out Gate 1. If you haven't been before, you've got to try it sometime! The foot/leg massage is wonderful. :) Maybe a few of us should all go together sometime - we could meet on base beforehand or something in case someone didn't know how to get there. That'd require advance planning though, of course!

I just went last week, but I want to go again sometime before I have the baby... but it probably won't be until early May (it's $40 a visit, so I only do it once a month). I'm sure there are lots of ladies on here that may want to go sooner, though.

Absolutely nothing haha. My husband is TDY so its just me and my almost 2 year old. I went and got my hair done today, but that's about it. We're going to celebrate in a few weeks when my husband gets home by him taking me out to dinner. My great-grandma's birthday is the 21st too... just to add another person to the sharing list.
