HOLY crap! Did anyone just feel that? I'm on the 8th floor, it was crazy!

I totally missed it. LOL. We usually feel them too-we're on the 4th floor of an apt building (off-base). 

I hate earthquakes here in the tower!! That one felt really big. 

We r on plaza and hubby and I did not feel it

oh, I said in the other that I didn't feel anything and we are on Kadena. 

This one was my first. We live in a tower. It was freaky feeling. 

K well, I guess it could have been worse. LOL. 

I just got back from PT and I thought I was getting dizzy. I looked around the house and seen a few things swaying, so that's when I knew it was an earthquake. It wasn't too strong, but it lasted several seconds.

wow I didn't feel it ..... hmmmmmmmmmmmm of course I bought new patio furniture and the are tall wrought iron chairs that aren't all that steady so I have been feeling all sorta shakiness...... but yeah guess I didn't feel it ... been up and about cleaning and what not...... hm

are earthquakes common in okinawa? i mean anybody know when the last huge one was? i thought we only had to worry about typhoons 

yeah they seem to be pretty common. I mean they build the buildings to w/stand them and the typhoon winds so I would think that they are pretty common 

I have been here 2 yrs and we seem to get them often, nothing to bad. The building are made of cement so they can with stand them no problem :) 

Thanks for posting that link! My husband wouldn't believe me when I told him I felt an earthquake this morning! 

We live in Plaza too and I didn't feel anything. I did wake up at about 7:30/7:40 for no apparent reason though, which isn't my usual. I don't usually get up til 8:30 nowadays. 

Nothing on Lester either. At least I don't think so. I've had vertigo from a sinus infection so maybe... lol Nothing rattled though so I'm thinkin' not. 

This is OFF subject kind of but its looking like we might skate out of Typhoons till my hubby gets back home! YAY!!!!!!!!
