is there any urgent care on the island? I have a really bad sore throat and a fever... and they can't get me in today at the clinic and I don't wanna go to the ER. But I know its not good to have a fever when you are pregnant! 

Nope not that I know of, call OBGYN and let them know (if u r seen there) last time I got sick they called family practice and pulled some strings and got me in...>GOOD LUCK! I hope u feel better
