hey does anyone know where to get change for dollars? is there a machine around here? I know someone asked about one a while back but i cant find the post. 

You can always go to a bank...I'm not sure about machines, but anytime I need change, I just go to a bank, you don't need an account. 

If all you need is quarters, you can go to the laundramat. 

Tear them in half, then you have two dollars! 

jusco has a machine that converts dollars to yen I dont know if thats what your lookin for

Banks on base dont have coin counters, so if you get rolls and count the coins and roll them up, if you have an account with the bank, they will take them. Sometimes you have to write your name and phone number on the rolls too, just FYI. 

The BX also takes rolled coins.
