was leaving a parking lot off base today to pull out onto 23. This local guy was walking on the sidewalk and stopped next to my car instead of walking around while I was waiting on traffic to clear so I could pull out. He started digging in his nose. And continued digging the entire time I was waiting to pull out. I couldn't look away because of course he was on the side of the car that I was looking out to watch for traffic. You're kidding, how funny! The title of this thread made me laff!! 

I actaully see alot of the japanese men pee on the side of the road, has anyone else seen this? This reminds me of being in this bar in CA that was below the sidewalk. You could look out the window and see people, about waist high. Some dude came up and peed right at the window by our table and didn't realize we were sitting there. So we banged on the window until he got embarrassed. LOL

I have seen soo many Okinawan weiners since I have even been here. I've even see a little boy on the side of the highway peeing and a little girl squatting under the bridge outside of Kadenas gate, with her mom or gmaw, peeing. And I always gripe at my husband for spitting in public because I think its rude, but Okinawans pee everywhere!
