I love if when people offer me way less than my asking price on something I'm selling and they throw in the "cash now!" part. What else is there? I'm not taking a credit card or a check... it's not a good incentive for me to accept your offer. Just saying... 

I love it when people love when people throw in the line "cash now". 

How about when they tell you they found the same thing for way less and what to know why you are asking what you are asking for it...
