Sunabe's easiest for you to get to. Go straight down to Kadena gate 1. Turn like you're going to Pizza In (should be a left, turn light before the gate turn light). Follow it all the way down to the sea wall, make a right. Follow that road 'til it dead ends in a dirt parking lot. Park there. Get out, walk along the sea wall back past the fence, through the park and down the ramp to the beach. You'll find it. 

There's a super nice beach by Maeda Flats (on the same road) and Maeda Flats itself is dog friendly. 

We don't go to areas where people are near and my dog weighs 10lbs and doesn't bother anyone. When we went to the really nice beach area by there, we were the only ones...so we're not really in anyone's way. 

Have you ever asked the people that go there if they minded having dogs around?

Noone asks me if I mind their screaming, whining brat around. When they start doing that, I'll ask people if they mind my dog in an outdoor enviroment. 

People don't just squat and shit all over the place.

I saw a boy doing it in front of a Y100 store on Friday while his mom was just waiting for him to finish. He was about 8 years old. By that age, you know when you have to go...it's not a surprise, so you should be able to hold it until you find a bathroom.

I don't mind either being off leash if they come when called.
