I was listening to the radio last nite on the way home and the host brought up an interesting point. With all the problems we have going on in our country with politics, economy, war, border security, etc - Why are we STILL persuing the prosecution of sports figures who may or may not have cheated while in those sports? Don't we have bigger problems to address besides this? If we put Bonds, Armstrong, and Clemmons (and others), at the huge cost of investigations and trials, in jail, what have we actually accomplished?

IMO we have other issues that are far more pressing than going after sports figures who acted the fool back in the day. Spending millions to TRY to put them behind bars at this point makes very little sense to me..... What does OU think?

I feel the same way about Iowa and how the brand new legislators there are trying to ban gay marriage again. I'm sure there aren't any more important issues to focus on. 

Some new congresslady in Florida wanted to waste money on challenging her right to wear stupid hats while congress is in session.
